A Commercial Banking Relationship Manager II at Umpqua Bank is responsible for developing, advising, managing, and retaining client relationships. They also solicit new business relationships with a focus on the profitability of those relationships. This is a sales and solutions-focused position that requires a deep understanding of commercial banking financial solutions, including complex credit structures and solutions, cross-selling, recognizing revenue-generating opportunities, and engaging in community relationships and activities for business development.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor\'s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 4 years of Commercial Banking experience or equivalent. They will also have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, as well as strong credit and underwriting skills. In addition, they will be able to manage a complex workflow, have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, and be deeply proficient in building, advising, and managing client relationships. This is a fully onsite role that offers a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits.
