Johnson and Johnson is seeking a Staff Quality Systems Engineer to join their team remotely. As a Staff Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Abiomed quality system, including CAPA, data analysis, failure investigation, and the Center of Excellence. You will monitor CAPA quality system processes and metrics, and serve as a coach and advocate for the quality system. You will also collaborate across Abiomed to support the harmonization and integration of an optimized Abiomed Quality system process.  This role requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in an Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and/or Engineering role in an FDA regulated environment. Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are essential, as is experience in root cause analysis and failure investigation. You will need to demonstrate project management skills, the ability to build collaboration and teamwork across organizations, and leadership skills without direct authority. Travel, both domestic and international, will be required approximately 10% of the time.  The anticipated base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $166,635.
